How can I tell if an item is in stock?

How long does it take to get my belt?
Due to extremely high volume of sales, online orders will at times ship next business day. But nearly all orders received by 3:00pm (Utah local time) will ship same business day.
You will receive an automated order confirmation email upon purchase and a follow-up shipping/tracking email when the order ships.
How do I Cancel an Order, Do a Size Exchange, or Return a product?

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- We ship same or next business day your order is placed.
- If your order has already been shipped you will need to process a return.
- Please email us at sales@boulderbag.com to cancel orders.
- Size Exchanges accepted for 30 days from order.
- $20 fee for restocking and shipping.
- Must be in new condition and not used in the field.

- All Boulder Bag tool belts can be dis-assembled. If you need assistance on how to disassemble, reach out to us. (hint: pull the pouches from the velcro and slide them off of the belt. If you have a quick release plastic buckle, then take that piece off before sliding off your tool belt pouches and accessories)
- You keep the tool belt pouches and accessories that are on the tool belt like tape clip, hammer holder, etc.
- You will send back the belt pad and belt (leather-tipped or quick release) to Boulder Bag using the label we provide. You will be charged for the belt if we do not receive it.
- We will send out ASAP your new sized Belt Pad and Belt to the same address on the original order.
- You re-assemble the tool belt.
- Returns are accepted for up to 30 days from order.
- Must be in new condition and not used in the field.
- 10% restocking fee charged on all returns.
- Free Return shipping label provided.
- No returns on clearance items.
How do I handle a Warranty?
- Warranty on all non-clearance items for up to 3 years.
- If the bag or belt is determined defective, only that portion of the product will be replaced or repaired subject to factory inspection.

What if my product(s) I received is damaged or missing item(s)?
You must report damage or missing item(s) within 5 business days of receipt by contacting us at sales@boulderbag.com or 801-265-8089. You also must keep the original box & packing material in the event we open a claim with the carrier. You may be required to complete claim forms for the carrier. In some cases we may need assistance from our customer to ensure that all forms requested by the carrier are completed. We may also need assistance from our customer to insure that all items are returned to BoulderToolBelts.com. We will discuss return shipping options when you you report the damaged shipment. We will ship out a replacement once we have received and inspected the original item. If you need the replacement item sooner we can create a second order, charge your credit card, and ship out the replacement when available. Once the original damaged item(s) is received and inspected we will credit your account. We appreciate your cooperation and patience through this process.
Do you have a warranty?
We back our product with a 3-year warranty on workmanship.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Our checkout page accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal as forms of payment. We do NOT accept prepaid cards or credit cards that are issued outside of the United States.
Do you accept purchase orders and/or wire transfers?

How secure is your checkout? Is my credit card information safe?
BoulderToolBelts.com makes customer security a high priority. We do not store or keep any credit card information in our databases and all payment information is sent directly to our 100% secure processor. We also utilize SSL (Secure Socket Layer) web browser protection to make sure your private information is not viewed by anyone except as provided in our privacy policy.
Do you ship to international addresses?
At this time, we only ship to the U.S. and Canada.
Can I have my item shipped to an exporter?
Unless your exporter is set up as the billing address for your credit card, and your credit card is issued from a U.S. bank, we have no way of authenticating the order with the card issuer. In nearly all cases, we cannot ship to an exporter because of the liability involved.
What are the color options?
We have a variety of color options for many of the pouches and tool belts. You can see which colors are available by looking on the product page.
What are the belt sizes?
S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL
Please do NOT use your normal pant size. See our sizing chart on the product page or the belt you are ordering to get the best fit.
