4 stars as it isn't clear on the unlimited return. You will have to pay for shipping back to you. I guess the only way to circumvent this would be to return for a full refund then buy another set for the correct belt sizing to get free shipping.

Originally order one with the belt buckle and medium size. Ended up returning it for the quick release buckle. The leather and buckle doesn't seem of good quality, other wise I would have exchanged it for another with the belt buckle.
My waistline is 29. The belt is sized way too big. Had to return it and paid shipping fee back to me. If you have a waist line of 32 and under, just get the small to avoid returning and shipping fees.
The $3 unlimited return on check out only applies to return the item. Shipping fees coming back to you will apply as normal.
Other then the above, I love the belt so far.
As a female 5’0 electrician I was super excited about a “small” sized tool belt but I’ve found that the width of the belt is way too wide for me. The thing goes from my hip to my bra line. Covers 50% of my back!. I have sores on my abdomen where my ribcage ends, where the top of the belt sits but it’s mandatory that I wear a belt for the job and other belts didn’t fit my waist. I’ve just learned to deal with it at this point. I take it off as much as I can and carry 4 tools. Would be cool if they narrowed the width of the belt vs just shortening the length for smaller sizes. Been using it on the job for a week so I don’t think it’s fair to return or exchange it for something else.
Otherwise the quality seems like it’ll last.

The zipper pull broke apart when I first opened the bag out of the box but I replaced all of them with some parachord. Easy fix!! The bag get a lot of compliments and it carries everything I need and more. For the price I can’t complain. I wish it had better shoulder pads.

Hello. I love this boulder bag the only problem was i kis measured myself when buying and bought too big of a belt size so I had to take my pouches off and put them on my old belt sadly. Other than my own mistake great bag.
The three point suspender is tight around the neck it should be a 4 point
Replaced my old belt with a new one, fits great.

Bought my previous belt almost ten years ago and decided it was time for a new one. When I received the new one I noticed the layout was much better and had a lot more stitching than my first belt. The quick clip was the only thing wrong with my old belt after 10 years of heavy use so the added stitching and leather belt should make this tool pouch last well beyond the 10 years my first one did. I see some comments about pouches being too small on here but it has been perfect for me for years. I tried some smaller pouches throughout because sometimes a full tool belt is just too much but I always came back to this belt because of the ability to hold as much or as little and still have a pouch for cutoffs and scrap pieces without throwing it on the floor to clean up later. Just a really great product.

We ordered a medium belt. The website says it is 28” to 32” long. The belt that we got was 48” long.
According to the website this belt is an XL.
When we reached out to customer service, and spoke to Steve, we were told that we got the correct belt. We sent photos showing the size of the belt and questioned the size noted online. We were told that since they are hand made the belt can be off by an inch or two but we got the correct belt.
The only option provided to correct this was that we can have a custom made belt done and not get charged a custom price.
The belt we got was too big. Not what is listed online for a M size belt. And customer service did not help. It was not even offered to have it returned at our expense and a new one would sent. Just you can pay to have another one made….

Most comfortable bags I've worn. I wish the parts bag that has 1 big pocket had a divider to make 2 compartments.
